Please match these investments with the potential investors who are interested in serious business, and are also specialized in their fields of endeavor:
You may get in touch with me at the following:

Estimated taxable amounts from the profits

-20% Land ownership for 100 years: (5% to the chief, and 15% to the Local land owners).
-5% Community support
-15% Government tax
-60% Company gain

-This does not apply to initial or revolving capital
Active partnership also may apply differently from spectator partnership, but even if you don’t move an inch your land can work for you, instead of accepting sugar or a car once of which you cannot keep up with gas expenses. Meanwhile the land is gone and you continue in perpetual poverty. We need to eradicate poverty for good. We are not poor when we have land.

Example:

This means, if a foreign investor comes with $1, 000 000.00 as capital, and the locals choose land, not cash as their contribution to the investment. That land should be translated in monetary terms.

If 25% of the total expenditure is interpreted as land, in other countries it costs much more than this. Then that translates to about $250, 000.00 local or individual owner contributions.
The local community or local individual partner who offers their land should not be dimmed as contributing nothing. They have contributed 25% of the total expenditure, depending on the size of the land and extent of the business. It must be negotiable but always controlled. The government, the chief and the community must be involved, so that no one should sell away land that belongs to the community.

The local partner can receive an advance token as appreciation fee in form of cash or material as part of operational and maintenance costs for the business. This is not to be interpreted as sell of land, but that as partners their benefits should begin from the beginning of the venture and are not subjected to suffering.
In another way the individual partner or partnering community who offer their property jointly to the project or business in partnership with foreign investors is also a representative of the local chief, and the chief is also a representative of the government, and the government is indebted to the community. All these are the skate holders who should not be left behind.

It is for this reason that in recognition of the foreigner’s hard work and understanding business, the business itself is allowed to keep 60% of the profits, but 40% remains in the country in the following way: 5% to the chief, 10% to the community, 10% in government taxes, 15% to the individual partner.
By this format, If 100 foreign partners invest only $1 000, 000 each in a particular region, the break down would be as follows:

We have 100 million as capital. Note that 25% of all this is in land form, which is 25 million. Therefore, when the business matures and settles down and begins to make profit of 1 billion per year, that means; the chief establishment gets 5% =50 million, the community 5% =50 million, the government 15% =150 million, the company 60% =600 million, as well as 15% =150 million total for all individual partners. But an individual partner would get 1.5 million.

Suppose this is from one province, replicate the same to all the 9 provinces. The government would make out of their 15% about $1 350 000 000.00. More than 1.3 billion per year out of only 100 successful companies in a given region would be gained. The government could still get more from individual Zambian businessmen and women.

Imagine what the local government or city council could do with 100 million dollars. Certainly potholes could be filled on the streets and water would be flowing on the taps. Teachers would not go for months without being paid. When the government controls things and allows smooth operation it is for the good of everyone.

Imagine what 50 million dollars could do for the Royal Establishment. It would repair those dilapidated houses, pay for their workers and other operations including the annual ceremonies. Everyone is a winner when there is accountability and transparency instead of one person benefiting.

Imagine what the community could do with 50 million. They could improve feeder roads to the remote areas, improve school systems and hospitals. They could help the local people with many other entrepreneurial initiatives and be involved in global trade. The economy of the country would be strong. As people continue to work hard the standard of living of the local community would improve greatly. We would be able to care for our senior citizens and the poor among us.

What this means is that we should not kill each other for land. We should rather allow our land to work for us. No one will go back to heaven with land. We will leave this land down here. We are just stewards of it who should use it wisely and pass on leaving it intact for our grandchildren also to enjoy.
On the other hand, I do not see a foreign investor who came with 1 million dollars complain about making 6 million dollars profit. It is a win-win situation. That is 600% increase, only in Zambia.
